Shipping Policy

1. Information on the estimated delivery time and costs for delivery of the products can be found on the product page for each product on the website, in the FAQ and/or in the order confirmation from Mastix Bike.
2. The shipping costs always include customs duties - we are not responsible for all customs duties, so each customer inquires in advance what customs duties may apply.
3. Information about the countries Mastix Bike ships to can be found on the product page for each product on the website, in the FAQ and/or in the order confirmation from Mastix Bike.
4. Since many products are made to order and rely on the performance of one or more of Mastix Bike's suppliers, Mastix Bike cannot guarantee a specific delivery date and reserves the right to postpone delivery if necessary.
5. In the event that Mastix Bike postpones the delivery of an order by more than 4 months compared to the estimated delivery date originally communicated, Mastix Bike will immediately inform the customer of this postponement and await the customer's consent before continuing to process the customer's order. If the customer does not agree to the postponement of delivery, Mastix Bike will immediately refund any advance payments made to the customer.
6. If a delivered order is to be redeemed at a post office, the customer must do so within the time period specified in the notification. Delivered orders must usually be picked up in person with a valid ID.
7. For uncollected orders, Mastix Bike reserves the right to retain any advance payment for such orders or to charge the customer fees to cover administration costs, freight costs and handling costs due to the return of the order. Failure to collect a delivered order does not constitute an exercise of a right of withdrawal and is not covered by free return campaigns/offers.

1. Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium: 149 €
2. Switzerland & EU: 199 € (incl. customs and duty fees)
3. USA – and other countries See country list in our terms and conditions: 249 € (including customs and duty fees)

Facts about shipping

We build every bike in our assembly plant near Stuttgart. From there, we ship the Mastix bikes to your home with our delivery partner.
If you live in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium and the Netherlands, you will receive an almost completely assembled Mastix. You only have to unpack or partially assemble the Mastix yourself.
To the USA and all other EU countries, the Mastix are shipped in a box or on a pallet. In this case, you would have to unpack the bike and partially assemble it.
If you want to pick up your bike yourself, you can also come by. Then you don't have to pay any shipping costs.
