The reusable insert made of high-quality (PUR POP) material offers you optimal and lasting protection against punctures caused by the penetration of sharp objects.

Assembly Instructions:
Remove the wheel and deflate the hose.
Remove the tire and tube from the rim.
Check the inside of the tire for sharp-edged foreign objects and remove them.
Insert a puncture protection insert in the tire. The ends can overlap 7 – 10 cm.
Shorten to desired length
Inflate the tube a little (0.5 BAR / 7 PSI) and place it back in the tire.
The tube thus fixes the puncture protection insert.
Mount the tire and tube on the rim and inflate to the desired tire pressure.
